I found out that the new thinkpad X61 tablet is already being shipped out by Lenovo. Hope to buy this within a month or two. Looking for the best deal!

Compared to other tablets, thinkpads reliability is more for business oritented people like me. I am looking to get the X61 tablet too.

I went to Simlim square today and found a good deal in Lenovo X60 tablet so I was able to buy it:). I bought one with Core Duo processor L2500 1.83Ghz. I upgraded to 2GB of RAM and to 3 years of next business day warranty. I'm paying with DBS credit card 12 months installment so it's not that hard on my pocket. Will post some actual pictures when I have time.

I went to Funan IT Mall in Singapore this afternoon and found a deal in thinkpad X60 tablet with Ultrabase X6 docking station and ultrabay DVD burner. Price was SGD 3799. Unfortunately when I was inspecting the LCD for dead pixels, I found a small one (white dot) on near the center. I decided not to take that unit and unfortunately that was the last one on stock.

I found a local seller in Singapore selling a used x41 tablet and I am considering to get that one since it will only cost me abt SGD 1500 to SGD 1600.

I better get something else!

I have been patiently waiting for the tablet X61t but it costs 3699 Singapore Dollars in Singapore.

Will try to buy and get my hands on this thing this year though. I am saving for this
